Over 200 million children in low and middle income countries will fail to meet their developmental milestones and fall behind by the age of 5. To address these inequalities and get children off to a stronger start, we need sharper thinking, new partnerships and innovation to move the needle on early childhood development outcomes.
Worldreader, Pearson, and Results for Development are thrilled to share the results of the Read to Kids pilot that focused on leveraging mobile technology to support parental involvement in early reading. This initiative is part of the Project Literacy campaign which aims to close the global literacy gap by 2030.
We look forward to seeing you at the event! There will be opportunities for networking, feedback, and discussion.
Please RSVP by April 16th, 2018.
